Project Management

Engineering

Our experience in acquiring and implementing best practices
from different market sectors allows us to add value by applying
these practices to the management of projects in any given
market.

Our services during project life start with defining, together with
the customer and other stakeholders, the best strategy to carry
out project objective, from conceptual and feasibility studies,
through planning and design to construction management and
commissioning & start-up management.

Managing projects means managing complexity and uncertainty, and to manage those variables we implement methodologies
that reduce the risk and ensure the fulfillment of the project
objectives and stakeholder’s expectations.

To manage uncertainty and complexity, best practices in the
modern Project Management includes the use of the
recommendations of the PMI® (Project Management Institute)
for the complexity and the recommendations (Stage-gate process -FEL) of the IPA (Independent Project Analysis) for the uncertainty.

The optimal management solution and its subsequent
implementation should always be tailored to each project, taking
into account the background, context, culture and resources that
are always unique to each situation.
